IELTS Nexus (ieltsnexus.com) is operated by Richard Lee Wilson, an individual trading as "IELTS Nexus" ("we", "us"). When you use IELTS Nexus you are contracting with Richard Lee Wilson.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. The service

IELTS Nexus provides online IELTS preparation: lessons, audio, practice tests, vocabulary, progress tracking and AI-assisted feedback on writing and speaking. Free content is available to everyone; full access requires a paid membership.

3. Your account

Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use, and no spam.
• No infringement of our or anyone else's intellectual property, including copying, reselling or redistributing lessons, audio or tests.
• No interference with security: no malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or bypassing access limits.
• For AI features: no illegal, hateful or harmful content, and no attempts to manipulate or jailbreak the AI. You are responsible for what you submit and for how you use the feedback.

5. AI feedback

AI band estimates and feedback are for practice only, may be inaccurate, and are not official IELTS scores. We may remove content or restrict AI access where these Terms are breached.

6. Intellectual property

We own the service and all its content, software and branding. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it within your membership. You keep rights to the writing and recordings you submit, and grant us a limited licence to process them only to provide the service. IELTS is a registered trademark of its owners; IELTS Nexus is not affiliated with them.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We work to keep IELTS Nexus running well but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
