If you are not satisfied with your IELTS Nexus purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to monthly, yearly and lifetime memberships.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at hello@ieltsnexus.com and we will help.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time via paddle.net or the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals. See Paddle's Refund Policy for further details.
